From your first call to your final fitting — here's exactly what the Monaco experience looks like.

Initial Consultation

We take the time to understand you — your lifestyle, preferences, concerns and goals. There's no rush. This is your chance to ask questions, share what's worked or hasn't in the past, and tell us what you want your smile to feel like.

Appointment 1

Clinical Records

We take precise clinical records using gothic arch tracing — the most accurate method available for recording centric relation — alongside a digital facebow. These extra steps take more care, but the accuracy they deliver means better.

The Co-Design Session

This is where Monaco is different. You sit alongside Nick at the 3Shape design software — tea or coffee in hand, no clinical anxiety — and together you choose your tooth mould and arrangement. The session takes just 20–30 minutes.

Try-In with Confidence

Because you helped design your dentures, the try-in is a confident moment — not an anxious one. You already know what to expect. Any refinements are made together, with your input guiding every adjustment until it's exactly right.

What It Feels Like

A session like no other.

We've thought carefully about every detail of the co-design experience — because we believe the environment shapes the outcome as much as the clinical process does.

1. Relaxed & unhurried. You sit alongside Nick — not across a clinical desk. There's no time pressure. Tea or coffee is always on offer.

2. Visual & interactive. You see your teeth taking shape on screen in real time using 3Shape software. Nothing is abstract — you can see exactly what you're getting.

3. Guided, not overwhelming. Nick leads the session and makes professional recommendations — you steer. Most patients find the process takes just 20–30 minutes.

4. Your choice of involvement. Want to be involved in every detail? Great. Prefer to have a quick chat and trust Nick to handle it? Also completely fine. We follow your lead.
